At Emicakes, we take pride in the quality of our baked goods; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once they leave our premises or are accepted upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 2 hours of receipt to facilitate a replacement or resolution.

Carefully check your cake or pastry at the time of delivery or collection to ensure the design and quality meet your expectations.

If there is a defect or an incorrect item, take clear photographs of the product and the packaging immediately as proof.

Reach out to our support team via phone or email within 2 hours of delivery, providing your order number and the photos taken.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and, if validated, will arrange for a 1-to-1 exchange or a credit voucher for your next purchase.
