We recommend placing your order at least 3 to 5 business days in advance for standard cakes, and 14 days for custom or tiered designs to ensure availability.

Do you offer same-day delivery for your cakes?

Yes, we have a selection of 'Ready-to-Go' cakes available for same-day delivery if ordered before 12:00 PM local time, subject to stock availability.

How should I store my cake after delivery?

Most of our cakes should be kept refrigerated until one hour before serving. However, fresh cream and durian-based cakes must remain chilled at all times.

Do you provide options for dietary restrictions?

What is your refund policy for canceled orders?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery will receive a full refund in store credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
